Thanks to all who attended the 2009 “Seven Plays in Seven Holi-Days” festival. The show is now over, but you can purchase a DVD of the event with the link on the right.
The n.u.f.a.n. ensemble offers an inexpensive and entertaining way to take a quick break from Christmas shopping with “Seven Plays in Seven Holi-Days” at 8 p.m., Monday, December 14 at City Lit Theater Company 1020 W Bryn Mawr Avenue.
The plays for this year’s festival range from topical to terrifying. They promise everything from harrowing holiday hi-jinks to yuletide yucks. Nothing is sacred – not even Mrs. Santa (or Santa’s head) in this evening of theater.
The writers include a mix of local and national writers of all levels; Darren Callahan, Paul Barile, Lloyd Noonan, Greg Aldrich, Maureen Brady Johnson, Michael Burgan, and Kate Bailey.
The directors include; Juan Castaneda, Jordan Kohl, Paul Cosco, Rachel Edwards Harvith, Stephen Murray, Jaimie-Lee Wise, and Josh Johnson.
“Seven Plays in Seven Holi-Days” will be performed at 8 p.m., Monday, December 14 at City Lit Theater Company 1020 W Bryn Mawr Avenue.
